Dr. Trevor is an author, speaker, podcast host, marriage and family therapist, and ministry leader with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families, and organizations move toward meaningful renewal. With graduate degrees in theology and psychology, seminary training, and pastoral ordination, and with deep experience in clinical integration, organizational health, leadership development, and systemic change, Trevor brings a rare blend of professional expertise and pastoral presence to his work.
He serves as the Chief Development Officer at LiveWell Behavioral Health and as the Clinical Director of its faith-based virtual IOP program. He also partners strategically with PastorServe to care for the mental, emotional, and relational health of ministry leaders, couples, and teams across the country.
At the heart of Trevor’s work is the conviction that everything is relational. Whether he is sitting with a couple in crisis, walking alongside a ministry leader, consulting with an organization, or teaching from a stage, Trevor helps people name what has been lost, understand what is getting in the way, and move toward deeper connection, healing, and possibility.
Trevor is the developer of Renovi Relational Therapy (RRT), an emerging model integrating attachment theory, emotional processes, spiritual formation, and relational dynamics to help people recover what has been lost and renew what is possible.
He is also the host of the Deeper by Design Podcast, where he explores how faith meets the science and practice of connection. Trevor and his wife, Mindi, have two young adult sons, Noah and Zachary.
