Through his strategic partnership with PastorServe, Dr. Trevor Hislop provides relationally grounded care, coaching, and renewal support for pastors, ministry leaders, spouses, and ministry teams across the country. With more than 25 years of clinical and pastoral experience, Dr. Trevor understands the unique emotional, relational, and spiritual demands that ministry leadership places on individuals, marriages, families, and teams.

Ministry leaders are often called to care for others while quietly carrying stress, exhaustion, conflict, isolation, disappointment, and relational strain themselves. Over time, these pressures can impact emotional health, spiritual vitality, leadership effectiveness, and personal relationships. Dr. Trevor’s approach creates space for leaders to slow down, process honestly, reconnect relationally, and pursue meaningful renewal.

Informed by Renovi Relational Therapy (RRT), his work integrates attachment science, emotional health, spiritual formation, relational neuroscience, and systems thinking to help leaders understand the deeper patterns shaping their leadership, relationships, ministry dynamics, and personal well-being.
